Walid Ahmed
CEO & Co-Founder
Cultivating More than 14 years of experience in the field of business development, project & quality management through his work in multinational corporations and government agencies in the US & MENA region with a particular focus on GCC. Walid graduated from the state university of New York at Stonybrook in the US with double majors in Computer science and applied mathematics after which he pursued a masters in global affairs and public policy at the American University in Cairo. Walid’s Work is focused on management and consultancy, operational streamlining and resource management. Walid’s experience spans leading and executing quality improvements programs, organizational changes initiatives, process improvements goals and developing strategies. Since he moved back to Egypt in 2014, he forayed into entrepreneurship projects and co-founded KEMET with the vision to bring a new and fresh voice to the market when it comes to change organizational behaviour and individual development.
Nehal Hussein
Program Manager
Nehal Specializes in Development Consulting and her Interests span across multiple vital issues in our world today that she advocates for such as women’s socio-economic policies, refugees & migration & education policies. She gained a BSc in international politics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University & MSc in international politics with a focus on the Middle East from Leiden University.
Rana Wahba
Project Associate
Rana is a recent graduate of the American University in Cairo, she double-majored in political science with a focus in public and international Law and History. Let’s just say when it comes to research and presentation she is the one for it, her impeccable organization and coordination abilities along with her long experience in extracurricular activities makes her a tremendous asset to our entity. We are in awe of her passion and the efforts she puts in every day, and she is very much appreciated for boosting our morale every day at the office so it’s no secret that she is a beloved member of our Team and it’s a delight to have her around.
Zeina Belasy
Project Associate
Zeina graduated with a major in Media Studies and a minor in Translation with a dual degree from the Arab Academy for science and technology and maritime transport & Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She has expertise in media production which she later on combined with her passion for development especially Women’s Rights and Children’s Education. she produced a short documentary on domestic violence against women and wrote for podcasts raising awareness on women’s health rights. We lean on her when it comes to creative solutions and out of the box ideas to move us forward in our projects.
